Meeting packages (including accommodation and meals)

• Double room comfort: 450 euro pp (based on 2 occupants)
• Single room basic: 550 euro pp
• Single room comfort: 650 euro pp

The venue can accommodate a total number of 120 participants; however, the number of rooms in each category are limited. Acceptance will be based on first come, first serve basis. Invoices will be provided per person.

If you want to sign up for a double room, please provide the name of your preferred roommate.

If you do not have a roommate, but would like to share a double room with another participant of the same sex, please indicate this to the registration office. As soon as a match is made, you will be notified and a double room will be booked. Until that time, a single basic room will be reserved for you.
